OptiMax™ Automation Plates coated with NeutrAvidin, and blocked to prevent nonspecific binding are the ideal choice for binding biotinylated antibodies or capture probes. NeutrAvidin coated OptiMax™ plates offer all the benefits of OptiMax™ automation plates and allow for easy immobilization of biotin-tagged conjugates. NeutrAvidin coated OptiMax™ plates are particularly well suited for binding of small molecules (e.g. peptides) that typically exhibit poor binding to polystyrene surface of the microfluidic reaction chamber. The plates are blocked with OptiBlock™ to ensure low non-specific binding.
